Returning your parcel

Important notices:

• Never return your 24-words
• Please keep in mind you have 14 days after the delivery to return your parcel. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept the return.
• Please be informed that the shipping fees for a return will be at your charge.

1/ Procedure of a return/refund within the 14 days

• You have to contact our support to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Your order invoice must be included in your return, with the mention “RETURN / REFUND” and the RMA number written on it.
• Our support will provide the return label.
• Your order will be refunded minus the shipping charges as soon as we will receive your parcel.

You have 14 days to return your parcel after the reception of the RMA number.

2/ You have already sent your parcel without contacting the Crypt Keeper support

• We have to warn that a return out of our procedure takes longer to process.
• If you didn’t use a tracked delivery shipping method, you won’t have any guarantee that your parcel will be received. 
• Your order will be refunded as soon as we will receive your parcel.

Unauthorized return after the 14 days period won’t be refunded, it will be shipped back to the sender.
